Romanian Deadlift

Description

  1. Stand with feet hip width apart looking 1m ahead of you on the floor - this is your start position
  2. Begin to hinge your upper body forward, reaching towards the ground with your left arm as you lift your left leg backwards. Coming to a T-Shape with all your weight on your supporting leg - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, alternate sides and repeat desired reps
