Resistance Triceps Pulldown

Description

  1. Using the handle attachment wrap the band around a high pole or to the top of the door
  2. Stand with your back against the wall holding the handles at your shoulders, elbows tucked into your body with feet under hips - this is your start position
  3. Begin to extend your arms beside your body creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
