Resistance Squat

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments stand on the middle of the band with feet under hips, create a cross with the band in front of your legs and hold the handles one in each hands at your hips - this is your start position
  2. Begin to lower your body towards the ground by hinging at the hips until your thighs are parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
