Resistance Single Chest Press

Description

  1. Using the hand attachment wrap the band around a pole or attach to the side of the door frame
  2. Turn to face away from the attachment point holding the handles in each hand at your chest with your elbows bent behind you
  3. Feet can be in a split stance with a slight bend - this is your start position
  4. Begin to press the handles away from your chest in front of you creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
