Seated Resistance Leg Extension

Description

  1. Using the strap attachment on the bands wrap them around your ankles, pull the band behind your body to your hips and sit down with feet flat on the ground - this is your start position
  2. Begin to extend your right leg in front of you until it reaches parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps, alternate sides
