Resistance Reverse Bicep Curl

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments have one in each hand while standing on the band with both feet
  2. Hold the handles with an reverse hand grip and bring to the side of your upper thighs - this is your start position
  3. Create a bend in your elbows while keeping your upper arm close to your body and creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
