Resistance Rear Delt Raise

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments stand on the band with both feet holding the handles at your side, tilt your body forward creating a slight bend in the knee - this is your start position
  2. Begin to lift your arms out to the side with a slight bend in them pinching your shoulder blades together until they are in line with your upper body - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
