Resistance Preacher Curls

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments have one in each hand while standing on the band with both feet
  2. Hold the handles with an underhand grip and extend your arms out in front of you parallel to the ground- this is your start position
  3. Create a bend in your elbows while keeping your upper arm parallel to the ground creating more tension on the band and bringing your hands towards your forehead- this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
