Resistance Lat Pulldown

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments wrap the band around a high pole or attach to the top of the door frame
  2. Taking a handle in each hand facing the attachment hold your hands up and forward of your head stepping back to create tension on the band - this is your start position
  3. Begin to open your elbows wide using your lats pulling the handles to just above your shoulders - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
