Resistance L Raise

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments stand on the band with your right foot and create a staggered stance placing your left foot slightly behind keeping your hands down by your sides - this is your start position
  2. Create more tension on the band by raising one arm forward of the body and the other side to the body until they are parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, alternate sides, repeat desired number of reps
