Resistance Hamstring Curls

Description

  1. Using the strap attachment, wrap the straps around your ankles
  2. Lying prone on the ground holding the band with your hands at chest height, body in full extension creating tension on the band - this is your start position
  3. Flex your right foot and hinge at the knee until your foot is parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps, alternate sides
