Resistance Hammer Curls

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments have one in each hand while standing on the band with both feet
  2. Hold the handles with a side grip (thumbs forward pinky back) and bring to the side of your upper thighs - this is your start position
  3. Create a bend in your elbows while keeping your upper arm close to your body and creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
