Resistance Front Raise

Description

  1. Using the handle attachments stand on the band with your right foot and create a staggered stance placing your left foot slightly behind keeping your hands down by your sides - this is your start position
  2. Create more tension on the band by raising your arms forward of the body until they are parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
