Resistance Calf Raise

Description

  1. Come to a seated position on the ground with legs extended in front of you and the band strapped around your right foot
  2. Flex your foot reaching your toes towards you and pull on the band to create tension on the band- this is your start position
  3. Point your toes away from you creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps, alternate sides
