Power Band Tricep Extension

Description

  1. Stand tall with resistance band under your feet bringing the band behind your body and holding above your head with both hands - this is your start position
  2. Begin to decrease tension on the band by hinging at the elbows maintaining an upright position with your upper arms - they will be tucked close to your head - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
