Stand tall with one side of the resistance band under your feet, feet shoulder width apart
Grab onto other end of resistance band with each hand - this is your start position
Begin to apply more tension to the band by lifting the ends towards your upper chest bringing your elbows to the sides - this is your end position
Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
