Power Band Front Raise

Description

  1. Come into a split stance, both feet flat on the ground right foot forward, left foot back, resistance bands halfway point under front foot
  2. Loop one end into your right hand making sure there is slack in the band - this is your start position
  3. Begin to raise the band in front of you by hinging at the shoulder stopping when your arm is parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
