Power Triceps Kickback

Description

  1. Standing with your feet on one side of the band holding the other side in your hands creating a line behind the body
  2. Extend your arms towards the ceiling creating more tension on the band - this is your start position
  3. begin to bend your arms keeping your upper arms tucked next to your ears - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
