Power Single Chest Press

Description

  1. Loop the band around the pole and grab onto the end with your right hand while facing away from the looped end
  2. Hold your hand at your chest with a staggered leg stance - this is your start position
  3. Begin to press your hand away from your body creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps, alternate sides
