Kettlebell Sumo High Pull

Description

  1. Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart with the kettlebell between your feet in line with your toes
  2. Hinge from the hips and bend your knees as you reach for the kettlebell with both hands - maintaining a straight back - this is your start position
  3. Come back to an upright position raising the kettlebell of the ground and driving it to your mid chest
  4. Lifting your elbows out wide to about ear level with the kettlebell just below your chin - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
