Kettlebell Squat

Description

  1. Pick up the kettlebell safely and in desired hold with both hands in front of your chest, elbows tucked into your body - this is your start position
  2. Begin to lower your body towards the ground by hinging at the hips and bending your knees
  3. Stop when you reach your lowest squat position while maintaining a straight back - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
