Kettlebell Row (Single)

Description

  1. Come into a split stance - left foot in front, right foot behind on the ball of your foot. Straight back leaning over your front thigh and right arm gripping the kettlebell on the ground - this is your start position
  2. Drive the kettlebell towards your right hip - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps, alternate sides
