Kettlebell Pullover

Description

  1. Come to the ground and lie on your side in fetal position gripping a kettlebell with both hands at the bottom of the handle on the bell - the kettlebell will be on its side
  2. Roll over to a supine position, back flat, feet flat on the ground and about 2 fists distance from your glutes holding the kettlebell above your head slight bend in your elbow
  3. Handle of the kettlebell will be aiming towards your forehead - this is your start position
  4. Begin to move the kettlebell towards the ground above your head by hinging at the shoulder joint
  5. Allow the kettlebell handle to tap the floor maintaining a bend in your elbows - this is your end position
  6. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
