Kettlebell Overhead Squat

Description

  1. Begin with a kettlebell clean
  2. Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart and raise the kettlebell above your head bringing your arm to full extension
  3. Bring your eye gaze to the kettlebell - this is your start position
  4. Begin to lower your body towards the ground by hinging at the hips and bending your knees
  5. Stop when you reach the end range of your squat position maintaining your gaze at the kettlebell - this is your end position
  6. Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps
