Kettlebell Floor Press

Description

  1. Lie supine on the floor, full extension
  2. Safely pick up a kettlebell/s and bring to your sides with a 90 degree bend in your elbow resting the kettlebell on the outside of your wrist - this is your start position
  3. Raise the kettlebell/s towards the ceiling bringing your arm to full extension - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
