Kettlebell Deadlift

Description

  1. Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart with the kettlebell between your feet in line with your toes
  2. Hinge from the hips and bend your knees as you reach for the kettlebell with both hands - maintaining a straight back - this is your start position
  3. Come back to an upright position raising the kettlebell of the ground and resting on your front thighs- this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
