Kettlebell Bridge Press Double

Description

  1. Lie supine on the ground or bench, back and feet flat on the ground with a bend in your knees
  2. Safely pick up kettlebells, allowing them to rest on your wrists with a 90 degree bend in your elbows
  3. Drive your hips up and lift your lower back off the floor bringing all your weight onto your feet and your upper shoulders - this is your start position
  4. Extend through the elbows above your body bringing them to full extension and perpendicular to the ground - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
