Stand with feet shoulder width apart keeping back straight and a bend in your knees, kettlebell between your legs in line with your toes
Pick up the kettlebell with a neutral grip and bring towards your right shin, guiding it in a circular movement around the right leg - this is your start position
Bring the kettlebell behind and through the middle as you pass to your left hand - this is your end position
Repeat step 2 with the left side and continue for desired number of reps
