Description
Stand tall, feet under hips
Jump into a split stance landing with your right foot flat on the ground in front of you, weight on ball of back foot
Bend in both knees until your front thigh is parallel to the ground - this is your start position
Alternate sides - this is your end position
Repeat for desired number of reps
