Hip Circles

Description

  1. Kneel down on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips - this is your start position
  2. Bring your left knee to the side - maintaining a bend at the knee - this is your mid position
  3. Rotate at the hip and bring your knee behind you creating a straight line from your knee to your shoulders - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, alternate sides, repeat for desired number of reps
