Hamstring Mobility

Description

  1. Standing tall, feet under hips, arms by your side - this is your start position
  2. Take a small step forward with your left leg and place the heel of your right foot just in front of you creating a bend in the left knee and keeping the right leg straight - this is your mid position
  3. Reach down towards the heel of your supporting leg then sweep your arms forward over your front foot - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, alternate sides, and repeat for desired number of reps
