Stand with feet wider than shoulder width apart and safely pick up a dumbbell with both hands
Stand tall and lower the dumbbell towards your left foot keeping it hovering above the ground and creating a twist in your upper body - this is your start position
Drive from your core lifting the dumbbell across your body until you reach an upright position with your body and the dumbbell is above your head in line with your right foot - this is your end position
Repeat for desired number of reps, alternate sides
