Dumbbell Twist (Russian)

Description

  1. Sit down with your feet on the ground, bending at the knees, safely pick up a dumbbell and hold with both hands in front of your chest
  2. Lean back slightly while maintaining a straight back and raise your feet slightly off the ground
  3. Bring your arms to your chest using your core to balance - this is your start position
  4. Twist your torso from your midline to the left - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, alternate sides, repeat for desired number of reps
