Dumbbell triceps Kickback

Description

  1. Pick up the dumbbells with a neutral grip, stand tall, feet hip width apart
  2. Begin lowering the dumbbells by bending at the knees and bringing your torso forward maintaining a straight upper body until your upper body is parallel to the ground
  3. Bend at your elbows lining your upper arm with your body and parallel to the ground - this is your start position
  4. Extend both arms behind you until you reach full extension at the elbow - this is your end position
