Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Description

  1. Standing tall, pick up the dumbbells safely and raise one arm above your head, arm at full extension, feet flat on floor or in a split stance - this is your start position
  2. Maintaining an upright position of your upper arm begin to lower the dumbbell behind your head - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position and repeat for desired number of reps
