Dumbbell Squat

Description

  1. Pick up the dumbbells and hold in desired position (front rack, by your side, one in front of chest)
  2. Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart - this is your start position
  3. Begin to hinge from the hips and bend your knees as you lower your body towards the ground
  4. Stop when your thighs reach parallel to the floor - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps
