Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Description

  1. Pick up the dumbbells safely and bring to a front rack position using a neutral grip
  2. Feet hip width apart, core braced - this is your start position
  3. Drive the dumbbells above your head to reach full extension in the elbows, keeping your core and legs still - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
