Dumbbell Row

Description

  1. Pick up the dumbbells with an overhand grip, stand tall, feet hip width apart
  2. Begin lowering the dumbbells by bending at the knees and bringing your torso forward maintaining a straight upper body
  3. Stop when the dumbbells rest just below the knees at your side- this is your start position
  4. Drive the dumbbell/s towards your mid chest, elbows directing behind you  - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position
  6. Alternate sides if necessary and repeat desired number of reps
