Dumbbell Raise (Side)

Description

  1. Stand tall, holding the dumbbells with an overhand grip resting on your front upper thigh, feet slightly wider than hip width apart - this is your start position
  2. Begin to raise your arms to the side lifting the dumbbells, maintaining straight arms and upright position in your body. Stop when your arms are parallel to the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
