Dumbbell Pullover

Description

  1. Lie supine on the ground or bench, safely pick up a dumbbell, holding with both hands extend your arms above your body maintaining a slight bend in your arms - this is your start position
  2. Begin to bend your elbows as you lower the dumbbell behind your head stopping just before it touches - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
