Dumbbell Pec Fly

Description

  1. Take one dumbbell in each hand and lie on the bench with feet flat on the ground
  2. Bring the dumbbells above your face with arms extended, keeping a slight bend in the elbows - this is your start position
  3. Bring the dumbbells to the sides, opening your chest and keeping the slight bend in your elbow
  4. Stop when your hands are just above chest height to either side of your body - this is your end position
  5. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
