Description

  1. Lie supine on the bench, safely pick up the dumbbells with a neutral grip and extend above you from your mid chest, keeping a slight bend at the elbows- this is your start position
  2. Begin to open your arms to your side, lowering the dumbbells towards the ground. Stop when the dumbbells are in line with your body - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
