Dumbbell External Rotation

Description

  1. Stand tall, holding a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip arms by your sides, feet slightly wider than hip width apart
  2. Bend your arm to bring the dumbbell in front of you - this is your start position
  3. Rotate at the shoulder joint and move the dumbbell to your side maintaining the bend at your elbow - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps
