Dumbbell Deadlift

Description

  1. Position yourself with the dumbbells in front of you, feet hip distance apart
  2. Reach forward,  grip the dumbbells with an overhand grip, slight bend in the knees
  3. Drive your hips forward and stand tall as you lift the dumbbells up, maintaining straight arms and upper body throughout the movement
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
