Description
Lie supine on the bench with back flat, feet on the ground
Safely pick up the dumbbells with an overhand grip, fully extend arms above your mid chest - this is your start position
Lower the dumbbells towards your chest keeping a 45 degree angle at your shoulder joint - this is your end position
Return to start position, repeat for desired number of reps
