Description

  1. Begin facing left side on to the direction you will be heading - keep your arms out wide to maintain balance
  2. Step right foot to the side creating a wide stance
  3. Bring left foot in-front of right foot creating a cross-legged stance
  4. Bring right foot back out to the side creating a wide stance
  5. Bring left foot behind right foot creating a cross-legged stance
  6. Repeat until you have reached 20 m focusing on speed - this movement will create a rotation in the hips
  7. Head back in the other direction by beginning with left leg
