Begin facing left side on to the direction you will be heading - keep your arms out wide to maintain balance
Step right foot to the side creating a wide stance
Bring left foot in-front of right foot creating a cross-legged stance
Bring right foot back out to the side creating a wide stance
Bring left foot behind right foot creating a cross-legged stance
Repeat until you have reached 20 m focusing on speed - this movement will create a rotation in the hips
Head back in the other direction by beginning with left leg
