Bear Crawl

Description

  1. Kneel on the ground on all fours - hands under shoulders, knees under hips
  2. Lift your knees off the ground and hover
  3. Take a step forward with your left leg as you simultaneously step forward with your right hand, maintaining a straight back throughout the movement - this is your start position
  4. Alternate sides - this is your end position
  5. Repeat for desired reps
