Barbell Rollout

Description

  1. Kneeling on the floor, no less than 1m away from barbell
  2. Place your hands in an overhand grip on the barbell and allow the barbell to support your weight - this is your start position
  3. Lift your knees and continue to allow the barbell to support your weight, roll forwards -this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
