Barbell Biceps Curl

Description

  1. Pick up barbell safely with an underhand grip
  2. Standing with a straight back and slight bend in the knees hold the barbell in front of your upper thighs with hands shoulder distance apart (start position)
  3. Brace core. Hinge arm from the elbow and lift the barbell up, keeping your upper arm tucked in close to the body.  Hold for a brief moment.
  4. Bring back to start position, repeat desired number of reps
