Banded Lying Abductor Lift

Description

  1. Lying on your left side with the band wrapped around your thighs just above your knees, support your head with your left hand and bend your lower leg keeping your top leg at full extension creating a stable support - this is your start position
  2. Begin to create4 tension on the band by lifting your top leg away from the ground - this is your end position
  3. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
